The Hupman Brothers Band is a contemporary blues folk band from Wolfville, Nova Scotia. The band features, brothers, Scott and Ryan Hupman, both on guitar and vocals, Chris Robison on bass, and Adam Bazinet on drums. Over the past eight years, the Hupman Brothers have released seven studio albums and received multiple award nominations through Music Nova Scotia, The East Coast Music Association (ECMA), and Maple Blues. July 2016 saw the release of their newest album, Still Love It (featuring Asa Brosius on pedal steel). As a duo or band, the Hupman Brother's music is grounded in the golden age of Blues, yet it does not necessarily follow the standard Blues formula. Their songs and arrangements are fresh, incorporating swing/ragtime blues guitar of the 30s and 40s as well as folk, country, and roots influences. Additionally, the Hupman brothers both play and earn producer, recording engineer and graphic artist credits on many other artists' albums.
