The Marigold Cultural Centre has guidelines in place to ensure that all guests experiences are enjoyable and memorable.

Refunds/Exchanges: There are no refunds. In the event of a show cancellation, refunds will be made available.

Late Seating: Latecomers will be seated at an appropriate break, in order to minimize disturbance to the other patrons and performers.  The time of seating will be at the discretion of management.

Wheelchairs: The Marigold Cultural Centre has 2 locations for wheelchairs.  Should you require a wheelchair seat, please contact the box office.

Children and Babes in Arms: The Marigold Cultural Centre welcomes children old enough to enjoy our performances and occupy their own seat. Regardless of age, all guests require a paid ticket. Babes in arms are not permitted.

Cameras and Recording Equipment: Cameras and recording equipment are not permitted in the theatre without prior permission by management and the performer.

Cell Phones and Pagers: As a courtesy to others, please turn off all cell phones, pagers or anything that beeps.

Other Policies:

• The Marigold Cultural Centre is a smoke free environment throughout the whole facility.
• Please avoid fragrances that may disturb others.
• Food is not permitted in the theatre.
