Featuring Jackie Putnam and her band “The Hawks”
Joining Jackie will be Juno nominee and seven time ECMA winner Terry Kelly; Country Recording Artist Keven Daken; Country/Bluegrass 17yr old sensation Nicholas Langille; 19yr old up and coming Country Bluegrass Artist Lucas Whitehead; Sarah Watson and Tamara Lyn McKinstry both singer songwriters that perform with the local bands, “GypsyRunn, The Band River and Gypsy River” and a special performance that includes, The Soundscapes Youth Choir from Truro.
“This event is going to feature some local talent that I love and want to support. Up and coming Country artists with amazing talent. I am excited to be able to support all of these artists, as well as Jackie Putnam and Terry Kelly and honoured to bring them out onto the Marigold stage. This production will hopefully remind everyone of those wonderful Christmas TV specials that we all remember from the 70’s and 80’s. With good ole home town Christmas fun! There will also be a few Dolly Parton Christmas song covers to honour the legend and the life of Dolly”. – Richard Crawley
