Ben Edwards is a Halifax-based singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist drawing from classic folk and ’90s rock. With expressive vocals, observational lyrics, and driving acoustic guitar work, he brings a raw, authentic, and grounded sound shaped by more than a decade of live performance.
Dawn Heirs is a duo comprised of Benn Ross on drums/percussion and Seth Timothy on guitars. Veterans of the Nova Scotia Indie scene who improvise while weaving folk, rock, psych and jazz elements - creating a unique sonic adventure.
Gothy, grungey, earthy, slinky, uplifting, confrontational, conversational and DIY to their core, Cursed Arrows are a long-running art-rock duo based on the Atlantic coast of Canada. Whether they perform as a duo who trades instruments - with searing electric guitars, live drums and an analog drum machine - or as a powerful four-piece, Cursed Arrows continue to create "evolved rock music” that is "eminently engaging." (Exclaim!) The duo of Jackie and Ryan support their craft by functioning as travelling gothic artisans by day, sharing their artwork, zines, and handmade alt clothing at art markets far and wide. Cursed Arrows are releasing new music in late-2026 via Tarantula Tapes, an independent cassette label in Ontario.
