The short film was featured by CBC Toronto and since going online has gained over two million views. As a stand-up comedian Todd has performed at the New York Comedy Festival, Halifax ComedyFest, Just For Laughs and Winnipeg Comedy Festival. His comedy has been showcased on the iconic Don’t Tell Comedy pages as well as national television with CBC and CTV Comedy Channel and his debut album, Bustin’ Loose! can regularly be heard on SiriusXM.

Sarah Boston
Sarah Boston is a stand up comedian, veterinary cancer surgeon and cancer survivor (ironic, right?). She is also an actor, author and podcaster. Her bestselling memoir, LUCKY DOG: HOW BEING A VETERINARIAN SAVED MY LIFE, was published by The House of Anansi. She is the 2023 recipient of the Tim Sims Award, which recognizes comedic performers in the early stages of their careers, as well as the Award for Academic Excellence from Humber College. She has performed at the Guelph Comedy Festival, Hillside Folk Festival, Guelph Fringe, Ottawa Fringe and the Women in Comedy Festival UK. Her solo show, Stoppable, received a Jury Nod for Outstanding Storytelling at the Guelph Fringe in 2024. Sarah is the host of the podcast called Comedicine, where she talks to healthcare professionals (human and animal) who are also comedians. In her free time, she enjoys treating dogs and cats with cancer.

Hospice is a caring, community-based organization which educates, supports, and provides tools to empower those who are struggling with grief through a variety of programs and services to encourage hope and understanding.
