About Sarah: From a young age, Sarah Matheson has been entertaining us all! She started singing in public when she was 14 years old while her parents enrolled her in singing lessons where her love for singing and performing took off from there. Sarah decided to enter singing competitions over her career and placed 1st in several local and provincial competitions and travelling as far away as Simcoe, Ontario; placing 2nd out of 52 competitors. She has been in various bands throughout her singing career and has tried all genres of music, but she always comes back to her first love of country music.

This love recently took her on an adventure of a lifetime to Nashville Tennessee, where she was able to participate in songwriting seminars and learned a lot about the music industry, from fellow musician Rylee Madison who was recently nominated for an ECMA for Country Recording of the Year 2017.   Rylee lives in Nashville with her husband Clay Krasner who is presently playing bass in Terry Clark’s band.  Together they own 7-17 Music Production Company in Nashville, Tenn. This trip earned Sarah a spot into the competition which was put on by NACMAI - North American Country Music Association International, where she brought home two awards; one for International Female Vocalist of the Year Adult New Country, as well as International Female Entertainer of the Year Adult New Country. She was accompanied in Nashville by Tim Ross who is a very accomplished musician.  They formed a wonderful friendship and have entertained at many venues over the past 5 years.

Please join Sarah and Tim for an entertaining evening where she will sing many of her favourite cover songs and a few songs she has currently co- written.
