Violin Lessons with Paul Campbell

Paul Campbell is a well known retired Maritime violinist, ex member of the National Arts Centre Orchestra, and the Brunswick String Quartet, winner (with the Saint John String Quartet) of an ECMA award, and a concert violinist. He loves teaching!


Summer Camps with Andrew Morrisey


WEEK 1: DRAMA
august 12-16 | 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Ages 7- 14 | $195 per participant per week


WEEK 2: musical theatre
august 19-23 | 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Ages 7- 14 | $195 per participant per week

Includes final performances on the last days of each week.
Performance is by donation and monies collected goes towards
our bursary program.


Do you love to sing, dance and act? Well, this is the camp for you!  We'll learn songs, scenes and dances, play theatre games and learn and rehearse a show to be presented for family and friends on the final day. Lots of fun! Lots of laughing is encouraged! Come to have fun and you just might discover some talent you didn't know you had!

About the Instructor:
Andrew Morrisey is a New York based actor, singer and teacher, originally from Truro. Andrew is a graduate of Sheridan College's Music Theatre- Performance program, as well as Circle in the Square Theatre School's acting program. In 2012, he attended the International Cabaret Conference at Yale University. He recently starred in the critically acclaimed production of Hedwig and the Angry Inch in Montreal and played a featured role in the new musical Dead Serious, which has had sold-out runs in New York and LA. His most recent solo cabaret was directed by Tony Award winner, Faith Prince. Andrew is a sought after teacher having taught at prominent musical theatre studios in the New York area. His students have won countless awards, gained acceptance into top musical theatre schools and starred in regional and Broadway musicals. Having created and led the Drama and Musical Theatre camps for over a decade, Andrew is thrilled to be back at the Marigold to teach these talented kids!

If you have ever wondered what it would feel like to play with puddles of paint and a lovely soft brush, this is your opportunity.  Art, creativity, and fun all combined in one class.

Bring your own watercolour supplies and enjoy the weekly demonstrations by Nancy. Novice to experienced are all welcome in this small group setting with lots of hands-on instruction.

Marigold Ukulele Players

Join us and have a whole lot of fun playing your ukulele! Learn how to pick, strum, and sing as part of a band and if you want you can also be a soloist! Learn at your own pace and enjoy being part of a musical group!
